Clinical Psychologist

Providing Psychological and Developmental Services
My Approach:
Through the lens of development, I treat anxiety, depression, adjustment, identity, trauma, relationship issues, and offer parent counseling. My approach to therapy is collaborative and is influenced by person-centered, humanistic, attachment, and developmental theories. While CBT and Psychoeducation are central modalities, I take a whole-person approach as we focus on specific goals and move towards wholeness and well-being. The therapeutic relationship we develop is the key to the process. I firmly believe that empathy, acceptance, and openness are fundamental to understanding the uniqueness of each person.
